Born in Richmond and deeply connected to Katy, Fulshear, and Houston, Brittany has 16+ years as a Senior Director and CRO overseeing 21 hospitals, ERs, and surgery centers. As the Prime Connector, she leverages her executive background in revenue cycle management to bridge the gap between complex billing systems and human needs. Brittany serves on the Board of Christ Clinic Katy and operates MedRight, Inc., a non-profit Texas Community Benefits Partner (YourTexasBenefits 211), helping her fellow Texans get expert-level advocacy and regulatory defense that was once reserved only for major healthcare institutions.
