An entrepreneur and business owner since 1995. Ywanda began this journey as a loan officer and quickly developed a needed niche and became a mortgage broker and started her own business. She joined the corporate side of business banking and lending to learn the underwriting aspects of the business and became a Regional Manager for the Southeast Michigan area for Countrywide Home Loans and Midwest Regional Sales Manager servicing traditional banks and lending institutions overseeing loan officers and underwriting compliance. After the 2007 financial crash, With a lot of resilience, she decided to revamp her business and focus on business development and consulting. Ywanda acquired several business development consulting contracts with Fortune 500 companies, ie Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as a Corporate Trainer and City of Detroit Department of Transportation working with the citizens of Detroit in administration. Proving the importance of professional networking, she was asked to check out a business advisory in procurement and tax credits. After a lot of research, it seemed to be a great idea. Thus, she joined the Global Business.
